Dorothy V. Drinkard

Funeral for Dorothy V. Drinkard, 83, of Falkville was Friday, Nov. 15, at 1 p.m. at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Daniel Hopper officiating.
Burial was in Holly Pond Cemetery.
Mrs. Drinkard died Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002, at Summerford Nursing Home. A native of Morgan County, she was a retired cosmetologist. She was the widow of George E. Drinkard.
She is survived by two sons, Allen Drinkard of Hartselle and Kenneth Drinkard of Eva; four brothers, Gordon Wood and Donald Wood, both of Falkville. Leonard Wood of Birmingham and William Wood of Mobile; one sister, Clovis Waris of Daytona Beach, Fla.; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Allen Drinkard, Kenneth Drinkard, Mike Drinkard, Randy Wood, Richard Creel and Jerome Hanvey.
