Funeral for John Wesley Lemons, 36, of Arab was Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 2 p.m. at Arab Memorial Chapel with the Revs. Gary McRae and Rev. Michael King officiating.
Burial was in Rock Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Lemons died Saturday, Oct. 26, 2002, at Baptist Montclair Medical Center in Birmingham. A native of Blount County, he was a service technician for M&W Equipment. He was a member of Oleander Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Sally Lemons of Arab; two daughters, Cesley Lemons and Kayla Lemons, both of Arab; his father and stepmother, Larry and Annie Lemons of Hartselle; his mother and stepfather, Chris and Don Bishop of Arab; one brother, Patrick Lemons of Arab; three stepbrothers, Brent Bishop of Indiana and Powers Teague and John David Teague, both of Hartselle; his grandparents, Carl Alldredge and Mary "Ninny" Alldredge of Blountsville; and his stepgrandmother, Desma Lemons of Union Grove.
Pallbearers were Larry Lemons, Patrick Lemons, Dwayne Snow, Don McRae, Lynn Lemons, Scott Maze and Jerry McRae.
