Funeral for Charles Reford Thomason, 66, of Cullman was Saturday, July 27, at 1 p.m. at Williams-McCracken Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wayland Thrasher officiating.
Burial was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Thomason died Thursday, July 25, 2002, at his residence. A native of Morgan County, he was a contractor.
He was the grandson of the late Frank and Fannie Pesnal and Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Thomason, and brother of the late Buford Thomason, Shirley Thomason and Faye Campbell.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Pearl Thomason of Cullman; four sons, Michael Thomason and Jimmy Thomason, both of Cullman, Jerry Thomason of South Bend, Ind., and Johnny Thomason of Brushy Pond; two daughters, Gayla Johnson and Lori Beth Thomason, both of Cullman; two stepsons, Bill Phillips of Falkville and Gary Phillips of Vancouver, Wash.; one stepdaughter, Sheila Perkins of Falkville; three brothers, Ethridge E. Thomason and Milton O. Thomason, both of Cullman and Otheal D. Thomason of Hartselle; four sisters, Betty Jo Strickland of Walter, Quindalene Rogers of West Point, Barbara N. Phillips of Hartselle and lanette Parrish of Boaz; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
