Indians win American, White Sox take 9-10 National title

The 9-10 league crowned the Indians winners of the American division with a record of 14-2, while the White Sox edged the Red Sox for the National division title with a record of 11-5.
The league sponsored two all-star teams. The National League all-stars were Austin Reeves, Tyler Bennett, Seth Wiley, Will Swann, John Roberts, Chance Partlow, Hunter McCaghren, Hayden McCaghren, Sam Fleishman, Mac Hendrix, Hayden Dye, Will Lang and Logan Cain.
The American League all-stars were Tres Austin, Ryland Blankenship, Torin Dupper, Corey Holladay, Jared Johnson, Matt Johnston, Ryan Joy, Jake Kimbrell, Zach Letson, Robby Reece, Jake Wallace and Cody Terry and Michael McMurry.
The National all-stars were coached by Ronnie Reeves, Gary Dye and Butch Roberts. The American all-stars were coached by James Joy, Joe Dupper and Bennie Austin.
After the Blue Jays took an early lead, the Indians erased the birds' advantage and worked to put their 12 th win on the books. Ryan Joy went into the record books for the Indians with a homer over the right field fence.
Corey Holladay got the pitching win for the Indians in four innings with Michael McMurray working two innings of relief. Chase Fowler took the loss for the Blue Jays in a complete game.

The Red Sox made the Tigers an endangered baseball species as they shutout the Tigers by the margin of 21 runs.
John Roberts and Joel Coulter combined for the no-hitter for the Red Sox, while Ryland Blankenship took the loss for the Tigers.

The Braves plated five runs in the bottom of the first and added two in the third, but the Giants made it close with two runs in the top of the sixth.
Sam Fleishman got the pitching win for the Braves in six innings. Will Swann and Ethan Rose shared pitching duties for the Giants.

The Braves needed a six-run rally in the top of the fourth to hold off a hard-charging set of Tigers. The big cats closed the gap with a four-run charge in the bottom half of the inning, but the Braves held on for the win.
Will Lang got the pitching win for the Braves, with Neely Kirby getting the save. Jake Wallace, Ben Teichmiller and Ryland Blankenship shared the pitching duties for the Tigers.

The White Sox had to overcome an 5-0 lead by the Bulls and then defend against a rally that spanned two innings to claim their 10th victory of the season.
Hayden Dye worked five innings for the Sox and got the pitching win with nine strikeouts and seven hits.
Logan Cain took the loss for the Bulls in four innings of work. He threw two shutout innings before fading in the third and fourth innings. Jake Hartsell worked the final inning.

The Blue Jays took the White Sox to extra innings before the league leaders manage to put another "W" on their stat sheet with two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning.
Austin Reeves worked the full seven for the Sox, getting the win with six strikeouts, four walks and five hits.
Daniel Wilhite, Matthew Vest and Chase Fowler all worked the mound for the Jays.

The Reds took the lead with a six-run first inning and though the Bulls came up with a two-run answer, the Reds never looked back. They plated solo circuits in the second and third innings, added four in the fourth and wrapped the one-sided contest with another half dozen in the sixth.
Jake Kimbrell got the pitching win for the Reds in four innings before handing off to Matt Johnston to close.
Trevor Knight, Austin Bowers and Jake Hartsell shared the pitching duties for the Bulls.

The Red Sox matched the White Sox with a 10-5 record after this victory. The Red Sox captured the lead with a four-run first inning in response to a three-run challenge from the White Sox. They added three runs in the next two innings to seal the with shutout defense.
John Roberts got the win in a complete game. He struck out seven, walked three and gave up only three hits. Seth Wiley took the loss for the White Sox. He pitched five innings and struck out eight, but walked seven and gave up six hits.

The Tigers came from behind to defeat the Giants after the Giants surged out of the gate with a four-run bottom of the first inning.
Tres Austin got the win for the Tigers with five strikeouts in four innings. Ethan Rose and Will Swann shared the pitching duties for the Giants.

The Red Sox pounded the Tigers with six runs in the top of the first inning and just poured gas on the fire for the rest of the game. The big cats managed to crawl out of the shutout fire with a pair of lone circuits in the final two innings.

Jake Wallace, Jake Heym, Tres Austin and Dequinn Bibb all worked the mound for the Tigers.
